Recurring Home Cleaning
This is the bread of the bench. A named crew takes a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly route through your home and follows the same room order every visit, so nothing drifts. Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, stairs, and high-touch points move through a wash then a rinse, with colour-coded cloths that keep a bathroom surface away from a kitchen counter. Because the same crew holds the same key and the same day, small changes get noticed before they become problems, such as a slow drain or a scuff that keeps returning.
We build the route around your household rather than around our own map. If a home office needs to stay untouched, we skip it. If a nursery needs a fragrance-free rinse, we switch products without a surcharge. Pet hair gets its own wringer pass on stairs and under furniture, and entry mats are shaken and rotated so grit stops at the door instead of spreading through the house.
Recurring clients keep a fixed crew, a fixed day, and a direct line to the crew leader. That continuity is the reason our routes rarely turnover, and it is the reason a fortnightly visit stays fast: the crew already knows which cabinet is loose and which floor cannot take standing water.
Deep Clean and Move-Out Service
When a lease ends or a season turns, the routine visit is not enough. The deep clean and move-out service is a full wringer pass: appliances pulled forward, grout lines worked, vent faces cleared, cabinet interiors wiped, and every edge and track reached. It is heavier, it takes longer, and it is the service property managers book when a deposit has to close without an argument.
We plan these jobs around the walkthrough date rather than around the clock. On a move-out we start at the back of the unit, work forward, and leave the floors for last so no footprint lands on finished work. Inside ovens, refrigerator gaskets, and window tracks get dedicated attention because those are the spots an inspector checks first. Where paint or adhesive residue survives the rinse, we lift it with a plastic blade before we ever reach for a heavy solvent.
Before we leave we run the reveal stage under raking light, then hand the client a short report noting anything that is wear rather than dirt, such as a chipped seal or a stained grout line, so expectations are clear on both sides.
Office and Studio Care
Technical offices, design studios, and professional suites hold equipment that cannot meet standing water. Our office care crew works dry near racks, cable trays, vented enclosures, and monitors, lifting dust with the wringer stage before any damp cloth appears. Desks, shared kitchens, meeting rooms, and reception glass run on a predictable rinse cycle, which keeps a client-facing first impression steady all year.
We schedule around your calendar. Early mornings, after-hours, and weekend windows are all available so a cleaning visit never collides with a client meeting or a production run. Shared kitchens get the same attention a household kitchen would: sinks, appliance faces, and high-touch cabinet pulls washed and rinsed so a break room does not become the weak point of an otherwise clean floor.
For studios where floors are also working surfaces, we match the method to the material. Sealed concrete gets a neutral rinse, wood gets a dry wringer pass and a damp wipe only where needed, and area rugs are vacuumed on both passes with an edge tool along walls.
Post-Construction Detail Cleaning
After the trades leave, fine dust has traveled into every seam and every frame. The post-construction crew takes on the job no routine visit can finish: sticker residue on glass, construction film on fixtures, silica dust in tracks and outlets, and paint mist on floors. We remove it in stages, room by room, and we repeat the reveal with raking light until the space is ready for a walkthrough rather than merely tidy.
We coordinate with your site lead so cleaning never interferes with remaining punch-list work. Where a surface is still being touched by another trade, we hold that room and return once it is released, which avoids paying twice to clean the same wall. Debris is bagged and staged for your own waste pickup, since that keeps disposal under your control.
The deliverable is simple: a space that looks finished under inspection light, with no haze on glass, no dust on ledges, and no film on fixtures, ready for the owner walk and the first move-in.
Window and Glass Care
Interior and exterior glass is booked as its own service because it deserves its own method. Frames, sills, and tracks are cleared first so dirt does not run back down the pane, then each pane is washed and squeegeed in overlapping strokes so no drip trails survive the reveal. Storefront glass and residential panes get the same careful finish, and we watch for cracked seals, fogging between panes, and failing glazing so you can plan repairs before a leak starts.
High glass and hard-to-reach panes are handled only where our crew can work safely and where the building allows safe access. Where a pane is beyond our safe reach, we say so and leave it with a note rather than risking a fall. Screens are removed, rinsed, and set back, and hardware is wiped so hinges and handles are clean to the touch.
Pressure Washing Exteriors
Exterior surfaces collect the grit that no interior visit can reach: walkways, entry pads, dumpster walls, loading areas, and building skins. We wash at controlled pressure so mortar and paint stay intact, and we treat the rinse as carefully as the wash, directing runoff away from planting beds and clearing the surface before we leave the site. Concrete, brick, and masonry each get a matched nozzle and a matched distance so the finish is lifted, not scarred.
We time exterior work to the weather and to your operations. Loading areas are washed when deliveries are quiet, walkways are washed when foot traffic is low, and surfaces are allowed to dry before anyone is asked to cross them. Where an oil stain has soaked deep, we say plainly that a single wash will lighten it rather than erase it, so there are no surprises.
