Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the website at zoapatlecleaning.autos and the cleaning services provided by ZOAPATLE CLEANING, LLC. By visiting the website, by submitting a booking request, or by allowing a crew to perform work at a property on your behalf, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or the services.
These terms apply to every visitor, client, property manager, and representative who interacts with the Company. Where a written service agreement has been signed by both parties, that agreement controls to the extent it conflicts with these terms, and these terms fill any gap that the agreement does not address.
Definitions
The Company means ZOAPATLE CLEANING, LLC, an entity operating from 420 N Morton Dr, Salt Lake City - 84116-3516, United States (US). The Client means the person or organization that books or receives a service. A crew means the team members the Company assigns to a visit. A visit means a scheduled period during which a crew performs cleaning work at a property. The website means the pages served under the zoapatlecleaning.autos domain.
A standing route means a recurring arrangement in which the Company performs visits on an agreed interval. A one-time service means a single scheduled visit that is not part of a standing route. Property means the location at which a service is performed.
Description of Services
The Company provides residential and commercial cleaning services. The service line includes recurring home cleaning, deep clean and move-out service, office and studio care, post-construction detail cleaning, window and glass care, and pressure washing exteriors. The scope of a particular visit is set at booking and confirmed in writing or by message before the crew arrives.
The Company follows a three-stage method across its work: a wringer stage that lifts loose soil before moisture is introduced, a rinse stage that clears film with matched chemistry, and a reveal stage that checks the finish under angled light. The method is a description of our approach and not a promise of a specific result for every surface.
Unless a service is expressly booked as a deep clean, a visit covers the surfaces and rooms listed at booking. Areas that were not listed, areas that are inaccessible, and areas that were excluded by the Client are not part of the visit.
Booking and Scheduling
A booking may be requested through the contact form on the website, by email to booking@zoapatlecleaning.autos, or by telephone at +12536497337. A booking request is not accepted until the Company confirms it. Confirmation may be given by email, by message, or by a scheduling tool the Company uses.
The Company makes reasonable efforts to honor the requested date and time. A request is subject to crew availability and to the accuracy of the information provided. If a change becomes necessary, the Company will offer an alternative window and will not perform work without reaching the Client.
For a standing route, the Company and the Client agree on an interval and a window. The Company may adjust a route when required by weather, staffing, or an emergency, and will notify the Client of any change as soon as it is known.
Pricing and Estimates
Pricing is set at booking based on the type of service, the size and condition of the property, and the interval for a standing route. An estimate is based on the information the Client provides. If the condition of the property differs materially from what was described, the Company may revise the estimate and will seek the Client approval before performing the additional work.
An estimate is valid for the period stated in the confirmation. After that period the Company may revise the estimate. Prices are stated in United States dollars unless a confirmation says otherwise. The Company may change its published prices from time to time, and a price change will not affect a visit that has already been confirmed.
Payment Terms
Payment is due as stated in the confirmation. For a one-time service, payment is generally due on completion of the visit. For a standing route, payment is generally due according to the agreed schedule, such as monthly or per visit. The Company may require a deposit for a large or specialized job.
The Company may use a payment processor and may accept several payment methods. A returned payment, a declined charge, or a payment that is not made when due may result in a late fee where permitted by law, in suspension of service, and in recovery of reasonable costs.
The Client is responsible for any tax that applies to the service. Amounts that are not paid when due may be referred for collection, and the Client agrees to reimburse reasonable collection costs where the law allows.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
The Client may cancel or reschedule a visit by contacting the office. The Company asks for as much notice as possible so that a crew can be reassigned. A visit that is cancelled with short notice may incur a fee, because the reserved window cannot be filled at short notice.
The Company may cancel or reschedule a visit because of weather, staffing, unsafe conditions, or an emergency. When the Company cancels, the Company will offer a new window and will not charge a cancellation fee.
If the Client is not available and the crew cannot gain access at the agreed time, the visit may be treated as a cancellation with short notice. The Company will attempt to reach the Client before leaving the property.
Access to the Property
The Client must provide safe and lawful access to the property at the agreed time. Access may be provided in person, by key, by code, or by another method the Client chooses. The Company will treat any key or code as confidential and will use it only to perform the booked service.
The Client is responsible for ensuring that any person who can grant access is aware of the visit. The Company is not responsible for a delay caused by an access problem that the Client controls.
The Company may decline to enter a property that appears unsafe, that is occupied by an unauthorized person, or that presents a hazard to the crew. In that case the visit may be treated as a cancellation with short notice.
Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide accurate information about the property, including the presence of pets, hazardous materials, fragile items, and surfaces that require special care. The Client agrees to remove or secure valuables, cash, jewelry, firearms, and confidential documents before a visit, or to instruct the Company where those items should be left.
The Client agrees to disclose any condition that could affect the safety of a crew, such as a pest infestation, a structural concern, or a known exposure risk. The Client agrees to keep the property free of unlawful items and to ensure that any work requested is lawful.
Where a minor or a vulnerable person is present, the Client agrees to provide appropriate supervision or instructions. The Company does not provide childcare, eldercare, or medical care, and a crew will not accept responsibility for those needs.
Crew Conduct and Safety
The Company selects and trains its crew members and expects them to act professionally, to respect the property, and to follow the instructions agreed at booking. The Company may remove a crew member from a route if a concern is raised.
The Client agrees to treat crew members with respect and to provide a workplace free of harassment, threats, and discrimination. The Company may suspend service where a crew member is subjected to an unsafe or abusive environment.
The Company may provide personal protective equipment and may ask a crew to stop work where a condition becomes unsafe. A safety stop is not a breach of these terms, and the Company will discuss a new schedule with the Client.
Damage, Loss, and Claims
The Company takes care with every property. If the Client believes that a crew caused damage or loss, the Client agrees to notify the Company promptly and in any event within a reasonable time after the visit, so that the matter can be inspected while the facts are fresh.
The Company will review a claim in good faith. Where the Company is responsible, the Company will arrange repair or replacement, or will compensate the Client, subject to the limitations in these terms. The Company is not responsible for damage caused by a preexisting defect, by improper installation, by a fragile item that was not disclosed, or by normal wear.
The Company is not responsible for the loss of cash, jewelry, or other valuables that were not secured by the Client. The Client agrees to cooperate with any reasonable investigation, including by providing access to the property and any relevant records.
Supplies and Equipment
The Company generally supplies its own cleaning products and equipment. The Client may request that the Company use a specific product, and the Company will honor a reasonable request where it is safe to do so. If the Client prefers that the Company use products stored at the property, the Client agrees that those products are appropriate for their intended use.
The Company may decline to use a product that is unlabeled, expired, unsafe, or unsuitable for the surface. Where a special product is required for a surface such as natural stone or a specialty finish, the Client agrees to disclose that requirement at booking.
Website Use and Conduct
The website is provided for information and for booking requests. The Client agrees to use the website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation. Prohibited conduct includes attempting to gain unauthorized access, introducing malicious code, scraping the site at a volume that degrades service, and using the site to send unlawful or misleading content.
The Company may restrict or block access where it reasonably believes that the website is being misused. The Company may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website without notice.
Intellectual Property
The website and its content, including text, layout, graphics, and the wash-house counter design, are owned by the Company or used with permission. The Client may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use. Other use, including copying, modification, distribution, or republication, requires prior written permission from the Company.
The Company name, the trade names, and any related marks are the property of the Company. Nothing in these terms grants a license to use a Company mark without written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The website and the services are provided on an as available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Company does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components.
The Company does not warrant that a cleaning result will meet an expectation that was not described at booking, that a stain will be fully removed, or that a surface will be restored to a like-new condition. The Company will describe a realistic outcome at booking and will say plainly when a result is unlikely.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of use, arising out of or relating to the website or the services, even if the Company was advised that such damages were possible.
The total liability of the Company for a claim arising out of a service will not exceed the amount the Client paid for the visit that gave rise to the claim, except where a greater limit is required by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so a part of this section may not apply to a particular Client.
Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its members, and its crew from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, that arises from the Client breach of these terms, from the Client misuse of the website, or from a condition at the property that the Client failed to disclose.
The Company will provide prompt notice of a claim that triggers this section and will cooperate in the defense. The Client may not settle a claim in a way that imposes an obligation on the Company without the Company written consent.
Suspension and Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate a service, a standing route, or access to the website where these terms are breached, where a safety concern exists, or where a payment remains outstanding. Where it is practical, the Company will give notice and an opportunity to cure.
The Client may terminate a standing route by giving reasonable notice. Termination does not remove an obligation to pay for work already performed. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including the sections on liability, indemnity, and governing law, will survive.
Dispute Resolution
The parties agree to attempt to resolve a dispute informally before starting a formal proceeding. A party who wishes to raise a dispute should send a written notice to the other party that describes the issue and the relief sought. The parties will then have a reasonable period to discuss a resolution.
If informal resolution fails, a dispute may be brought in the courts described in the governing law section, unless the parties agree in writing to another method. Each party is responsible for its own costs, except where a law or a judgment provides otherwise.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah and the applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah, for any matter that is not resolved informally.
If a provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
Changes to These Terms
The Company may revise these terms from time to time. When a revision is made, the updated terms will be posted on this page. A material change may also be communicated by a notice on the website or by a message to active clients.
Continued use of the website or continued booking of services after a revision means that the Client accepts the updated terms. A Client who does not accept a revision should stop using the website and may close a standing route by giving notice.
